Badria Hamad Al-Humaidhi

Ms. Badria Al-Humaidhi joined Boubyan Capital in November 2013, bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in investment and asset management.
Prior to her role at Boubyan Capital, she held senior positions at prominent financial institutions, including Global Investment House and NBK Capital.
Ms. Al-Humaidhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts and an Executive MBA from London Business School. She has also completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

Abdullah AlSayer

Mr. Abdullah Al-Sayer joined Boubyan Capital in April 2011, bringing over 20 years of experience in asset management, business development, marketing, and real estate.
Before joining Boubyan Capital, he held key leadership positions at prominent financial institutions, including JP Morgan in London and the National Bank of Kuwait in New York. He also served in significant roles at NBK Capital and Mazaya Holding Co.
Mr. Al-Sayer holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. He has also completed various executive management development programs.

Fatema Bader Al-Rekhaiss

Ms. Fatema Al-Rekhaiss joined Boubyan Capital in January 2024, bringing over 15 years of expertise in regulatory management, risk assessment, and corporate governance.
Before joining Boubyan Capital, she held key Compliance Management positions at Tharwa Investment Company and Kuwait Financial Center (Markaz.
Ms. Al-Rekhaiss holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Kuwait. She is certified by the International Compliance and AML Society (ICAS) and is an International Certified Corporate Governance Officer (ICCGO).

Mohammed Ahmad Al Babtain

Mr. Mohammed Al Babtain joined Boubyan Capital in 2025, bringing over 18 years of experience in investment operations, and enhancing operational efficiency across financial institutions.

Before joining Boubyan Capital, he held senior positions at the Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS), where he oversaw operational activities for a large sovereign investment portfolio and worked closely with global custodians and investment managers. He also spent 12 years at AREF Investment Group in investment management, restructuring, and portfolio oversight roles.

Mr. Al Babtain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kuwait University.
 

Majed A. AlMajed

Mr. Majed Al-Majed joined Boubyan Capital in October 2011, bringing over 13 years of expertise in alternative investments, real estate finance, and strategic market analysis.
Prior to joining Boubyan Capital, he worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and successfully completed a rigorous 9-month Analyst Training Program at Wafra Investment Advisory Group.
Mr. Al-Majed holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Gulf University for Science and Technology.

Abdulmohsen AlGharaballi

Mr. Abdulmohsen AlGharaballi joined Boubyan Capital in November 2023, bringing over 13 years of expertise in developing and managing investment strategies across diverse asset classes and mandates.
Before joining Boubyan Capital, he served as Vice President of Asset Management at Rasameel Investment Company and as a Portfolio Manager at Dimah Capital Investment Company.
Mr. AlGharaballi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the American University of Kuwait. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and has completed executive programs at Columbia Business School and Wharton Business School.

Ahmad Khanfer, CPA, CGMA

Mr. Ahmad Khanfar joined Boubyan Capital in August 2016, bringing nearly 16 years of expertise in accounting, finance, and risk management.
He began his career as an auditor with Falcon Express Inc. (FedEx) in Amman, Jordan, and has held key roles at Grant Thornton Assurance Services and The Public Institution for Social Security (PIFFS.
Mr. Khanfar is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Hashemite University and has completed advanced training in enterprise risk management, IFRS and IAS standards, audit ethics, and fraud risk assessment.

Dherar Mohammed Murad

Mr. Dherar Mohammed Murad joined Boubyan Capital in 2019, bringing a strong background in investment management, strategic analysis, and private equity. 
Before joining Boubyan Capital, he served as an Administration Officer at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China – Kuwait Branch. 
Mr. Murad holds a Master of Science in International Management from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business (First Class Honors) from Brunel University.
