  The Fund Brokerage
Liquidity Monthly. The investor can subscribe/redeem monthly at the valuation date. Depends on the Sukuk. Highly liquid Sukuk can be traded daily (and usually settled in two days (t+2)). Liquidity depends on many factors that affect the supply and demand of the sukuk.
Management Actively managed by fund manager (BCIC) and advisors (NBKC). Client’s discretion.
Minimum investment capital USD 5,000. USD 200,000. This is the minimum ticket size which is stated in the issuance. This amount is the market convention on almost all issuances.
Diversification Highly diversified. The fund currently holds more than 25 different sukuk with no more than 8% in a single holding. Requires large capital to achieve diversification. For example, if an investor would like to hold at least 5 sukuk in his portfolio, he would need at least 1 million dollars as initial capital.
Risk level Low-to-moderate. At least 75% of the fund’s NAV is invested in investment-grade sukuk. Client’s discretion.
